5. Payment and Invoicing
For all projects, Eye-Trendz Media Group requires a signed agreement outlining the terms of service, deliverables, and payment schedule. Payments are typically structured in phases: an initial deposit upon contract signing, a mid-project payment, and a final payment upon completion.
Invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon schedule, and all payments must be made within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Revisions and Feedback Policy
We value client feedback and aim to meet or exceed expectations. Clients will be given the opportunity to review and provide feedback at key milestones throughout the project.

Revisions will be included as outlined in the contract. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

7. Intellectual Property and Ownership
Upon project completion and final payment, Eye-Trendz Media Group will transfer all agreed-upon intellectual property rights to the client. Any materials created by our team, including scripts, video footage, designs, and other assets, will become the property of the client unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Eye-Trendz Media Group reserves the right to use completed work for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
